This website uses Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics service hosted in the EU. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individuals across devices or sites. No cookie banner is required.
The only point of personal data collection is when you voluntarily book a discovery call through Cal.com — your name and email are collected by Cal.com to confirm the booking and send reminders.
Processing of personal data by BringLead in connection with client services is based on Article 31 of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) — legitimate interest for B2B commercial communication — and GDPR Article 6(1)(f) for EU contacts. A Legitimate Interest Assessment is documented per campaign.
Under the nFADP and GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your personal data. You may object to processing at any time. To exercise these rights, contact contact@bringlead.ch. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Personal data collected in connection with client campaigns is retained for the duration of the campaign plus 30 days, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Opt-out records (email domain only, no personal identifiers) are retained for 24 months to prevent recontact.
Campaign data is processed by the following sub-processors, each under a signed DPA:
If you received an outbound email from BringLead or a BringLead client, you may opt out by replying with “Unsubscribe” or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Your data will be removed within five business days.
